I had a roof leak and a friend of mine connected me with Devin's Emergency Roofers LLC. After a detailed discussion and arranging the financing, we reached a mutual agreement. Everything progressed much quicker than I expected from there. I got a call informing me that the roofing materials would be delivered early, although they arrived late at night without prior notification. The following Monday, the roofing team, including Evan, Jay, and Todd, arrived in the morning and started their work. They discovered some additional issues with the plywood on the roof which needed replacement. Although they didn't have the necessary plywood readily available, one of the team members left to get it and returned surprisingly quickly, even considering the traffic. The entire roofing process took about 12 hours. Naturally, it was a bit messy, but the team did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. You would never know they had been there. There were a couple of minor issues that came up, but I've already provided feedback to the company. Overall, they did a fantastic job and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. I highly recommend them. I'm not one to easily give out five-star reviews, but even with the minor issues I encountered, I believe they've earned it.

A while back, Devin's Emergency Roofers LLC put a new roof on my business property. The crew did a really careful job with the installation. What really impressed me was how they handled things when some issues showed up later. Recently, I noticed a small leak with water dripping onto a ceiling tile after heavy snow. Evan made sure someone came out right away to check things, even with all the snow and ice. They figured out the flashing needed some repairs and re-caulking, and took care of it under warranty. I definitely recommend them for their quality work and for standing behind what they do.

i own several commercial buildings and have called a roofing company a few times for help. once, i had a leak that they fixed quickly, even though another roofer said i needed a whole new roof for a lot of money. another time, there was a problem with a roof drain pipe, and they fixed it right away. i also had what looked like a roof leak, but evan from the crew figured out it was actually an issue with the ceiling, not the roof. the whole team was very honest, professional, and always showed up on time. this roofing company is definitely my first choice for any roof work—i’d give them 6 stars if i could! they are great to work with.

preconstruction and estimates were excellent. Devin's Emergency Roofers LLC won a competitive bid between three other roofing companies. their great communication during scheduling was appreciated. i had a small leak in my roof and they moved up my installation at my request to beat the weather. construction was efficient, the quality was excellent, and their field crew, including jay, was very responsive! i was surprised and grateful for the follow up with quality checks after the job was done. they nailed every part of my roof replacement! this is the second time i've used them for a roof replacement in provo. they are now my go-to roofer. highly recommended!

I recently had my roofing project finished in Provo. This was my second time using these roofers, as they also installed new gutters for me before. They came over, inspected my roof, and talked through all my options, including waiting if I wanted. Their estimate was clear, and they explained new venting ideas that would help prevent ice dams in winter and keep my house cooler in summer. There were lots of color choices, and the new roof not only works great but also looks better. I highly recommend these roofers.

A roofing company in Provo repaired my roof and did a great job. I ordered shingles online to match my roof, and Jay picked them up and brought them to my house. I had accidentally ordered the wrong kind of shingle, but Jay took them back to the store and got the right ones. When the correct shingles arrived, he picked them up and fixed my roof quickly. He even returned the extra shingles to the store and made sure I got credit for them. Jay was friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend their roofing and repair services.
